Information session on the Centre for Child Law and Others v. Minister of Basic Education and Others court judgment on access to education that was handed down in 2019 through Makhanda High Court.

This judgements resulted in the expulsion and non-admission of some school children who did not possess the necessary documentation to secure the resources for enrolled pupils. The session aimed to capacitate the youth coordinators and leaders from Katlehong Township who are working on human rights issues in the area on what this court judgment means and its interpretation thereof.
