All CoRMSA Member Organisations from various provinces met for the quarterly CoRMSA Members Meeting in Johannesburg on the 4th of August 2022  to strategise on how to strengthen the Consortium’s work on promoting and protecting the human rights of asylum seekers, refugees and migrants.

Panel Discussion on the Implications of Xenophobic Violence in South Africa

CoRMSA, alongside the youths, attended a Panel Discussion on the Implications of Xenophobic violence in South Africa’s Economic and Political Future at Wits University on the 3rd of August 2022. The discussion stemmed from the current Xenowatch report which describes xenophobic violence as an increasingly integral part of the country’s socio-economic and political landscape.
