High numbers of refugees, asylum seekers and migrants face denial of services and discrimination in trying to access health care services in South Africa. As part of CoRMSA’s information sharing and advocacy efforts a guide to Defining the Health Rights of Refugees and Asylum Seekers has been updated.

This hopes to educate refugees, asylum seekers, health care practitioners and civil society on protecting the rights of refugees and asylum seekers and ensuring they are granted access to basic services and life saving treatment.

Please share this guide widely as a tool for education and advocating for the promotion and protection of refugee, asylum seeker and migrant rights.
