CoRMSA collaborated with various organisations and partners such as City of Johannesburg, UNHCR, among others, to commemorate the World Refugee Day with more than 4oo school children at His Will School in Johannesburg to promote integration and social cohesion among children in schools and the community at large.
We participated in a 2-day NPA partners Digital Advocacy Training in Cape Town aiming to capacitate us on developing an innovative Social Media Strategy and crafting effective digital content to effectively advocate for the human rights of asylum seekers, refugees and migrants. Thank you NPA.
CoRMSA commemorated World Refugee Day in two provinces (Pretoria and Kwa-Zulu Natal, Durban) to promote social cohesion and sensitise the communities about migration and the human rights of asylum seekers, refugees and migrants.
CoRMSA participated in the Global Refugee Forum Indaba in preparation for the 2023 Global Refugee Forum coordinated by the UNHCR Southern Africa, to deliberate on the different state and non-state actor pledges, in Johannesburg.
