On the 12 April 2021 , CoRMSA with partner organisation’s in Mpumalanga Province and the support from Open Society Foundations
distributed over 100 food parcels to over 100 families (Both local and migrant families) in Secunda township. Covid-19 and the national lockdown regulations has impacted many people’s livelihoods and means of survival with many left destitute. Through this project, CoRMSA is trying to mitigate these challenges imposed by Covid-19 and the lockdown and to make a difference to the vulnerable families regardless of their nationality statuses. Covid-19 knows no borders nor nationality, it affects and impact everyone equally.
